6 months ago we learned that my father in law had gotten a job working as a district manager for Dollar General in Bowling Green Kentucky. He moved almost immediately to begin working. This was the first blow we weren't quite ready for. And today was the second blow. Today we had to say goodbye to my father in law and my mother in law. The moving truck packed them up over the weekend. My mother in law got a job at Vanderbilt in Nashville and she starts at the end of the month so it was time to pack the house and move. Nothing could have prepared us for this move, Jimmy has never lived more than 20 miles from his mom and I have never had any family in my life move away. So it say this was hard is a big understatement today. Trenton was sad and didn't want to talk about it at all this morning. Well if you know Jack, you would have just thought today was a super fun Monday since Nannie and Papaw were staying with us. That kid was oblivious today, it will set it when he doesn't see Nannie's car or can't see her on the weekends. This will be a huge adjustment for everyone.
But come June 29th we will hit the road and drive as fast as we can to see them again.
